Kommander of Kaos é o segundo álbum solo de estúdio lançado por Wendy O. Williams depois que seu grupo, o Plasmatics, entrou em hiato. O álbum foi gravado em 1984, mas não foi lançado até 1986. Uma versão ao vivo de "Ain't None of Your Business", escrita por Gene Simmons, aparece neste álbum (a música já havia aparecido em seu álbum de estreia). O guitarrista principal Michael Ray (guitarrista), ou M. ray, foi previamente convidado por Gene Simmons para gravar faixas no álbum Creatures of the Night do Kiss, e mais tarde foi contratado por Simmons para tocar solos de guitarra no álbum WOW. Michael Ray (guitarrista) compôs e arranjou faixas musicais no álbum Kommander of Kaos. "Hoy hey (Live to rock)", "Pedal to the Metal", "Goin Wild", "Fight for the Right" e "(Work that Muscle) F**k that Booty".
