The Name Of This Band Is Talking Heads é um álbum duplo ao vivo da banda americana de new wave Talking Heads, lançado em 1982 pela Sire Records. O primeiro LP apresenta o quarteto original em gravações de show e rádio em 1977 e 1979, e o segundo LP apresenta a formação expandida de dez integrantes que excursionou em 1980 e 1981.
Embora tenha sido um sucesso comercial e crítico decente após o lançamento, foi um tanto ofuscado pelo subsequente álbum ao vivo e filme-concerto do Talking Heads, Stop Making Sense. No entanto, ele atraiu maior aclamação retrospectiva, com os críticos comentando sobre sua importância em documentar o crescimento artístico da banda.
